I have managed to accumulate enough scholarships to pay for tuition and room/board at Creighton University for the total of the next 4 yrs for my undergrad degree. I admit I studied a lot more in high school rather than drawing. In my senior art class, I probably spent more time studying AP Biology than doing my assignments. I plan to major in studio arts and follow pre-medicine, like an artsy doctor? Not really, there is an entire field dedicated to creating prosthetics for the face (ears, eyes, noses, etc) specifically for veterans, burn victims, etc that can not be corrected by reconstructive surgery. Or maybe I will take my skills to surgery, who knows?
Since my major consists of art, I will concentrate on it a lot more than I ever did in highschool lol. With promise! My senior art teachers will beat me if I do not keep up with it or continue to develop it. Hopefully at creighton I will have more access to supplies and resources, whereas I could not afford them.

This fall semester, I signed up for a beginning ballet class that is very serious with a required leotard, tights, and shoes. Hopefully my short stature and flexibility will be put to use. What a nice late start to dance for myself at 17 yrs old and starting another art form. Also, I am having good luck with taekwondo at an orange belt. I have sore arms and quads(thanks ben!)
